Halloween theme!

 

Our next Swing Pit night is on the 24th of October, and its the week before Halloween, so to get in the spirit we are having a Halloween themed night.

Come dressed as a witch, a skeleton, whatever, or maybe just have some pumpkins dangling from your ears. Whatever your fancy, its going to be a great night of dancing!

* Keep your eyes out for our international friends, especially the gals from California.

 

What Is Swing Pit?

A little secret hip dance floor in the heart of Newtown. A great mix of music, DJs and dancers. Swing Pit is a great chance to get out there and just have a great night of dancing. The class before the social night is anchored by Jake and it is a great way to break the ice and meet some dancers before the evening really gets under way! If you are a new dancer, go and enjoy watching some of Sydney's finest swing dancers in action.  The Swing Pit has had many international and interstate guests who rave about the vibe and it is known as the sister venue to Melbourne's Fun Pit.

Class Times:
8.15pm - Open Swing dancing class  "Social Dancing Secrets"
9.15pm - Social dancing until 11.30pm.

Costs:
$14 for a class
$6 for social dancing only (free if you join in the class)
