Charmaine Kedmenec
Charmaine started swing dancing in 2004 and was hooked. It all began in Melbourne at The Golden Gate with Brad, Fi and Noni. She now lives in Sydney and has had a great time going from cadet to full teacher whilst setting up Bar Broadway with Mark, then welcoming Jake before handing the reins to Alice this year! Woo hoo! As well as teaching swing and blues she is a regular at the Sydney Jitterbug Championships putting in a fine solo charleston for silver and winning gold with fellow teacher and ham, Julie, for their 'Cherokee Maiden' performance piece in 2007.
Charmaine's background is in the performing arts and she has been working professionally as an actor, singer and dancer in the industry for over 17years. Charmaine is STILL excited about teaching with Swing Patrol and is looking forward to another regular class in 09. BRING ON THE FUN!
